The Galactic Senate: polls & voting for September 2000.

Nothing gladdens our heart more than to see democracy in action in the science fiction and fantasy world. If you feel the same, dear user, then here's our current and past online polls, as voted for by many a fine fellow (you too can vote, but choose wisely) ...

TARDIS vs Death Star
It's a Time Lord frag-fest. Yes, Doctor Who has been given his ultimate mission, he must fly the TARDIS against the Imperial Empire's Death Star. Who will triumph? A badly dressed English eccentric with two hearts, or the moon-sized battle station? ...

Death Star. Nest reader, you are far too trusting. If this moon-sized battle station with the power to destroy worlds can create a disturbance in the Force, it could certainly create a disturbance in the TARDIS. It'd fire up its enormous energy cannon and blast the time traveling twit into the middle of next week!
Tardis. Sometimes being badly dressed pays. The Doctor would simply take the TARDIS back to a time when the Death Star was still in construction, slip out his sonic screwdriver and sabotage the energy cannon so when it fires the whole station would blow. Any storm troopers he came across would be stunned into silence by his bad dress sense. The Force is with the Doctor today.
